Return Process

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
